There are a lot of exotic cars in my town so i asked my neighbor where they come from. So i took the liberty to drive 20 minutes to the dealership in Hackensack NJ. they had lamborghini mostly. i asked the owner if there was a way for them to get me a kat. I was sorry i asked. he went on and on about how that car is just for show and if i hit one pot hole it will completely mess up the car. he said he wouldnt even take it for free i just walked away and by the way i would pick a kat over a Lambo anyday

I was talking with a guy in a Diablo one day. He was getting into it in a Toys R Us parking lot. Hew was taking his shoes off while getting into the car. I thought it was to keep the carpets clean. He must have noticed the look on my face, so he explained he was taking them off because his feet would keep hitting the more than one pedal at a time with his shoes on because they were so close together.

I guess if I could afford a Lambo I probably would own one. But since I don't have that sort of money I'm in the market for one.

I'll say this, the Prowler is one hell of a car for the money and I would never be ashamed to pull up next to a Lambo at a stop light or a car show.

While I was looking for my prowler one of the dealers had a lambo. So I hopped in with tennis shoes on, there was no way I could drive it with shoes on (my shoes were on two pedals at once as Rich said)and I think it was harder to get into and out of then our prowlers are!

junior,
Did you want to rent one before you bought one? That's exactly what I did at an exotic rental agency down in MA. I don't blame you for asking them if they had a cat available.
Too bad you has to listen to all that BS though.

To each his own.........he's just a bit narrow-minded and clueless! I'm betting he's never been anywhere around a Prowler.......

My Honda Accord costs a little more to insure than the Kat, for exact same total coverage.

thanks for the replies all another reason why i went in there is because they actually had a yellow prowler before wich sold for like $70,000. i can afford a nice lambo but when it comes to maintance and taxes forget about it. here the funny part, the manager actually had a list of shoes he recomends when buying a lambo
