Had my first experience with a class dealership. Brown's in Patchogue. 631 289-8500 Treated my car like Gold!!!!! Service advisor call Matt, Service Mgr Glenn, Prowler tech is Chris..Told him about my 3 broken center caps being held together with hot glue and said no problem I will order 3 new ones. Didn't even look at them..Will call me tomorrow when they come in..and have the tech put them on. Also asked if I had any problem with wheels pitting, I said no, he informed me he is aware and to watch them.. Glad to report good experience, they also changed my oil and put in Mobil 1 !... |
