Big Dog - welcome back. I looked it over at Woodward and was impressed, but didn't get inside it. Wouldn't think it could be any worse than the present small rear window situation. Kind of an option if you need the hauling space and want that different LOOK. Bill, you have a trailer as I remember, so I'm wondering why you are looking at it. For the appearance? ------------------ |

Well, sorry, but it still reminds me of a hearse!! One thing to keep in mind is that you do have to remove the convertible top and the decklid from your car. I think that the production model may weigh less than the mule. I would still have concerns about re-installing the convertible top and decklid and having the alignment correct. In addition, if you take it off and put the convertible top back on, then there is also a storage issue. Just my thoughts......which don't really matter anyway... ------------------ Classic/Beautiful - I'm referring to the Cat of course! |

One thing I found out AFTER I removed the top on my `67 dart convertible was, to drill 2 holes in frame on each side before removing top to use to realign the top when reinstalling, NOW THEY TELL ME I don't know if this would work on the cat. Just a suggestion Ask if they have lightened them so it will not break another hinge, or how to open if needed. The Mule had a broken rear hinge at woodward. ------------------ |
