aren't they just a diecast on a plastic base? I don't see the attraction. But that's just me.

The base is Aluminum, The 1/18th scale model is a special edition car. You can spot the special edition model by looking at the rear license plate. I believe the special edition model has a white license plate. Very limited, Hard to find. Prices have come down on these over the years. Anyone with the full set of Ponds & puddles have a big investment in them.

Hey Phil, Remember the days when the 4" Prowler POND was selling for $1,200? Now those are really rare. HAPPY HOLIDAYS my friend. For those who don't know....Phil has one of the largest and best known Prowler collectible items. Well, I take that back. I would say CJ & Bob are number #1. Ransom

Prices will come back a little more than what they are now. They are still one of a kid & a great collector piece for the serious Prowler owner.
