Larry was not at our last get together this past weekend , Heard he is very busy at his shop trying to get 30 something trucks ready for delivery. I'm sure you will hear from him shortly.

Rick,
I'm sorry had to have Richard take your order today. I just couldn't get to the phone when you called.
I dropped your parts off at FedEx at 4:00 PM today.
You should have them by the end of the week.
Thanks for your order.

Phil,
Yes we are swamped right now. I have 11 white Ford F-150 trucks in my shop right now waiting for installation of boxes, strobe lights, bedliners, backup alarms, chrome tube steps, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, hitches tracking modules and back up sensors. These additions cost about 2k per truck.
I also have 3 Ford E-250 extended wheelbase vans that we're installing bulkheads, rubber floor mats, full shelving packages, console file boxes, ladder racks and floor drawer units. I'm working late tonight to fabricate the hitch mounted vise mounts for the rear of each van. When these 3 leave, 3 more will be coming in.
Five of the F-150 should be gone tomorrow and the rest out by the end of the week. Next week, we should have another 10 out the door.
We average 4 setups per day on the F-150 trucks but each van normally takes us a full day. Next month I have 19 F-250 Ford Super Duty trucks coming in for COMPLETE setups that run over 5k per truck.
If anybody wonders where I've been or if I'm staying busy, you now have your answer. Heck! I even parked my race car this year as I just didn't have time to race it.

I'll be in Carthage and Paris Springs Missouri on November 10 thru 13 to pickup an old rusty hand crank dump truck that I bought in July to bring it to California so I can have a project to work on in my spare time.
BTW my Prowler is still connected to the trailer and neither have been washed since I got back from my July vacation. I pulled straight into the garage, unloaded my laundry from the trailer and closed the door. It's been a busy year.

I don't have clue Rick. I just work in metal.
Many others have posted their process in the past. Just do a search and you will find your answer.
