I want to buy a set of mirrors for a Prowler go kart, does anyone have a set they would be willing to sell? This message has been edited by nitrosteve on 03-27-2010 at 05:36 PM |

Hi Tom, The rear view mirror lead was a dead end I couldn't find anything out, all the people I talked to were less than helpful. I have been doing some extensive work on the bumpers I received from Jason. I fabricated a bracket, then fiberglassed it to the back of the bumper I then filled the excess space with Styrofoam. I filled in the remaining space with bondo and sanded it smooth. I primered the whole thing and bought some storm gray Dupla Color paint, it appears to match the darker color on the bumpers. I was going to paint them Prowler purple but I think the Gray will look good. I tried the paint in chrome on the hubcaps but those I like better in the purple color so I will go with that. By the way we were talking about how to fix the small holes in the center of the hubcaps. I don't know if you have started that yet, but what I did was tape a piece of cardboard behind the hole, fill it with bondo and sand it smooth worked perfect. I will post some pictures of the bumper and the hubcaps on the POA site. Hope to finish soon. Steve
