well i had a fellow prowler guy that was nice to send me his frame cover so i can get show car ready, anyways ups delivered it at end of driveway because i had some snow???? a dusting!!!! he couldnt deliver my driveway is 1,400' feet long. so he put it in the recycle bin??? next to trash that they picked up today!!! talk about major dumb @$$!!! if anyone can help me out here would greatly appreciate it. this is retarded that someone would be that stupid!! |

My mail man is that stupid....... When I first moved in my house, I had a package that wouldn't fit in the mail box.... The mail man left me a note saying "I put your package in the green garbage can"....I didn't own a green garbage can....and it was trash day...... Here I am, the new guy in the neighborhood, going through all of my neighbor's trash cans trying to find this package......What a way to make a first impression... ------------------ ProwlerStuff.com |

If it was indeed was UPS, report the claim to UPS, They will resolve. . Just my experience. |

yah already talk to ups, but still product gone and need spoke with gary and see if he is making anymore. filing a claim takes 3-4 weeks to get paid.!! |

well i do appreciate on member offering to borrow theres, but i dont want to inconvienance anyone! if there is anyone that didnt use it, or change their mind like steve, i would appreciate it. thanks, john if not gary like i said do whatever to make happen. |

Well, life is all about the learning process. I tried to file the claim with UPS today and was told that the driver has the option of where to leave the package at his discretion. Unless you pay for "signature required" they will not honor the claim unless the package never makes it to the destination. As the driver did leave it on John's property, we are out of luck. Anyone else ever have a similar situation with a different outcome? Sorry John. |

say what??? so your out of a product and i am out of money? because they screwed up??? give me the name of the dumb-dumb over there and telephone number thanks, i swear some people need a good smack!!! or ship them of to iraq right in the middle of shi-ites waving a american flag!! some people are just not to bright. thanks, steve. lets not give up on this. |

steve, just got off the phone with claudatia head supervisor 866-835-3775 ext. 3088 anyway's here is the scoop?? she is calling your ups store because she said they are wrong they can file a claim! and because i never opened the pkg that supposibly the ups guy did drop off? not denying ups will investigate it and honor it!! so she is going to call me back. will see what, you might have to speak to the manager over there. like i said i hate when people just pass the buck, you and me were both out, and i was fortunate that you offered product to me, now if i can only get another one?? thanks i appreciate very much |
