I was in a little car accident today and got very lucky to of only split my front rim. It was raining like crazy and I lost control on the freeway and went over 4 lanes and hit the center divider. The big man upstairs must of been looking out for me because I have no idea how I missed all the cars to the left of me. Anyways can someone help me out and point me in the way of finding a new front rim?

Thanks in advance

Hey dude,

Welcome to the wild side!!!!!

As far as your rim is concerned.

Ebay Ebay Ebay

These rims are on there all the time.

But be carefule!!!

Ask the MOST IMPORTANT question.

Is there any pitting, peelings, cracking of the chrome on the inside barrel of the rim?

If there is, walk away.

By the way, if your patient, you can actually find NEW rims on Ebay as well.

So put the KAT down for a couple of weeks.....hey imagine the fear of God the KAT must have been feeling at the time. <wink>

Glad you and the KAT are okay. Broken toe nails on the KAT are not a big deal.

Glad to hear you and your Kat are okay. Actual "weather" in LA this morning, drove through the inch or two of hail on the freeway near Monrovia (210 just west of 605fwy), quite a few accidents along that stretch.

Did you have the frame looked at? Being made of aluminum, they tend to get tweaked pretty easy. I would have it checked out just in case. It doesnt take much to tweak the front ends on these. Good luck on your search.
