As Ed posted earlier, I am looking for a trailer hitch and am 99% sure I found the perfect answer. Tom Mills and I were talking about the trailer hitch he designed for his custom rear roll pan. http://www.prowleronline.com/tommills.html He is confident that it will be a great fit with my stock rear pan. Tom is going to fit the stock installation in the next week or 2 and will know for sure. I am prepared to take his word for it. Now, if I can get him to design the harness to go with it.... Also will be looking for a trailer bra. Any input welcome. This message has been edited by MIKE GATLIN on 12-06-2009 at 05:21 PM |

Did the trip to California without a trailer convince Karen you need a TRAILER? |

Larry, the trip to California went a long way in making the case especially since we will make that trip again. |

Mike your going to love your trailer for those long trips. Just remember to keep the air pressure low in the trailer tires.( stop it from hopping around on you) ------------------ |

rhfarm, thanks for the information. Jerry, I think you are right. Karen said I could get it as long as I could squeeze in a tent to offset motel $ on those trips. |

Part of my thinking is, "now that we finally have a trailer after 10 years, it would be silly not to use it!"...dear. |
