Thought you guys might like to see these. If you want to see some other colors let me know. Wish I could change the rims and put up the top. Enjoy!

I WISH it wasn't a $#@! "Specialty Car" and I could enter it in races! After looking forward to driving a Prowler in GT4, it was like a sucker punch to finally get the car and find out the most you can do is race one other car in Arcade Events.

Other than that GT4 is amazing and with my setup at home, it ROCKS! 57: HDTV, 5.1 Dolby Digital surround and 200W subwoofer to feel the wind roar. The Force feedback wheel is amazing.

check out what the hardcore GT racers play! They weld frames together and put in real car seats... http://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=55048

Is there any chance that GT4 will be made into a PC game at any point? I do not play enough games to justify buying a console game.

I did play GT3 a lot on a friends PS2.

After the discussion a couple of months ago, we jumped on the bandwagon and set up a PS2 and driving wheel in our new theater. We even built a collapsible stand for the wheel.

It is awesome how the wheel gives that feedback and if you're in a darker room you can get a little disoriented and really get the feel of being in the car.

Spent the time to get all the cables to hook up 5.1 and HD as well.

We thought we were doing okay until our friend's 15 year old daughter tried it out and her times were really much better, I guess it has to do with us being slightly aged

Anyway, it is going to be loads of fun and will spend more time using it on the days the weather is bad and we can't get out in the real cars.

Drink a few beers and you really won't be able to tell the difference.

Cool Setup Pumpkin.

I'm still playing GT4 and most of my friends ask for wheel time when they see the setup.

Pumpkin, are those Definitive Technology speakers you're running? If so, a big to you. I have all Definitive Tech speakers in my home theater including a 15" powered subwoofer. Makes the wind in GT4 that much more realistic!

BTW, as of last night I'm officially 87% complete with the game. Some of the courses are brutal! I hate the dirt and ice/snow tracks. Takes a ton of patience to learn how to drift and countersteer correctly.

I too jumped on the bandwagon and got the PS2, steering wheel, and high def cables. Pretty impressive, but I've only played it a couple of times, I got Pi$$ed when my prowler couldn't even beat that stupid vette in the arcade mode. I keep losing it in the corners what am I doing wrong ??

No, the tower speakers are Paradigm. The other speakers and sub are Yamaha. The HDTV, receiver, and DVD are all Pioneer Elite.

Certainly not the ultimate in equipment, but it works great for us - just ask Curtis (CMBLOCKHUS).
