I was out today but not in my Prowler. I was less than a mile from home and seen a Prowler going down the road that goes by my house in western Hancock County in Indiana. Well I sped up to see if it might be Tangled in Blue driving around. Well it wasn't. It had Illinois plate that expired in Oct 2002 on a completely stock car, not even front mud flaps. Looked like young blond female driving and maybe young boy with her. I didn't want to scare anyone so I followed a safe distance behind to see if they stopped. After a few miles I turned and headed home. Does anyone know of this vehicle. I wanted to let them know about P O A. ------------------
