Take a look on this page and what color would you like your next KAT to be. Then I will tally the results. SASY Look here: Use the number and then the color name in your post. ------------------ |

Why would you want another Chrysler car's color on a Prowler? You want to look like a 300M rather than a Street Rod? Put me down for: None of the Above, please ... ------------------ |

Hey now Ray, how would any color make a prowler look like a 300M??? I don't get it. Anyway, #1 looks like purple to me............A prowler is like a good lookin woman, it don't matter what they put on...........they still look great!!! Thanks FatManInTheBathTub It is just for the color. Besides, Chrysler is known to use the same color for a lot of cars. Sometime they change the name. Some of these colors have already been used on the Prowler anyway. This is just for fun..that is all. And there is another reason I am not saying now, because I don't what any problem emails ------------------ This message has been edited by SasyMama on 05-12-2001 at 01:05 PM |

Sassy ... seems as though this wasn't an original idea ... my point being, why coose to limit the choices to copycat colors of a particular model when this was the post that was aired some time ago ... http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/001342.html Better to be create than boring, don't you think? And what is with your recent "sly" remark ... prey tell, do YOU have insight from your close DC bud's on colors or something? ------------------ |

If I had to stay on that page I think #1 Dark Garnet Red Pearl Coat with a tan interior and a top to match the body color. (I know - you didn't ask for interiors or top colors). If I had a choice though - I would pick #8 Dark Garnet Red Pearl Coat from here: Has the same color name but they don't look the same. I have seen this color and it is deep, rich and BEAUTIFUL! Since we are dreaming, I would like it to come with chrome bumpers (the same style as the plastic ones now), chrome grill (verticle not horizontal slats), shaker hood and the Dodge 4.7L V8 (naw - it probably wouldn't fit), ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh WAKE UP CLIFF... hahaha ------------------ |

Sticking with the colors on that page, I would go with Stone white. I would probably add some purple pinstripes to it though. ------------------ |

Hey Ray.... I'm gonna take a stand here... I am new to this board and you can tell me to kiss off, thats fine! But all your remarks towards Sasy are nothing but negative, I've read them all. I don't know her from BOO. All I know is what I read and what you post. What gives??? Do you have something in it for her??? I was told as a child, "If you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all". I can't understand your negative attitude???? I see you as a very unhappy person and that I am sorry for you. This is not a personal attack, just a question about the negative posts you make. Alex ------------------ |

First of all, Thank You BKG ... THIS has been an "already run topic" ... I thought the purpose of this section was for New and Fresh ideas, not rehashing old ones. Alex ... if you insist; "kiss off" ... happy now? ;-) Beacuse to answer YOUR question; I AM actually a VERY happy person, and contrary to FMITBT's thoughts, I have absolutely NO 'thing' for Sassy what-so-ever ... I prefer honest and forth-right individuals, if I were so inclined to have a "thing" for them. Enough said on clearing the aire on those two points ... again, this is a VERY old topic that was actually started by CJ in an effort to direct feedback to ... well, let's just say, people who may carewhat we think ... Point being: limit yourselves to current model colors, THAT's what you will get ... is THAT what you want for a car like Prolwer? I sure as heck don't! Be creative in your choices and in your posts or, frankly ... save your 'fingernails' from the wear and tear ... This is Happy Go Lucky Ray ... out for a Prowler ride today ... later all ! Prowl On. ------------------ |

Hey now, I already got the only true Prowler color, Prowler Purple, as then they came out with what? Plain Gloss Black, Ugly Red, Yellow is a racy color, just not my thing and from there, they could of picked more racy colors. So all others are just...........second best...............you know, its your thing........... |

All this was about was...I have a friend that just got a used silver Prowler and he has a friend with a body shop. He does repairs and paints 300M and most of the Chrysler car line. He has a lot of these colors in stock already and would paint his buddy's Prowler anyone of the these colors. So they asked me to poll the color line to see which color the FINEST PROWLER OWNERS IN THE COUNTRY WOULD CHOOSE. And this is the color he would paint the prowler with. I told them he would get an honest answer from all our members here. That is all.. He plans on taking this Prowler to Woodward. He is a 72 year old shy widower man that has a new lease on life...a new toy..a prowler...that is all. Thanks for all the help Prowler owners. I will post his color selection next week. PS. Ray, If you do not think I am an honest person, than you do not know me...please do not comment on my honesty or any of my post. ------------------ This message has been edited by SasyMama on 05-13-2001 at 11:23 AM |

Well, Sassy ... You should have made yourself clearer from the beginning!! ... It seems that with the explanation you gave, you DO indeed have an original post and are not just rehashing a covered topic ... Communication IS everything in this world, would think you would know that being a self made millionaires and all ... Given that ... I would go with Laddie's choice of #5 with tan interior. Hope to meet this newest addition to the Michigan Prowler ranks at Woodward ... just ges to show ya, you're NEVER too old to 'party'! ------------------ |
