ssknar | I really like the look of the chrome grill. I know there are some availble in assorted colors. What is involved with having them chromed. Looking for ideas. Thanks, Steve |

Not sure what you are talking about different color chrome grill unless it is the AC patented door edge gaurd chrome grill treatment. http://www.prowleronline.com/cgi-bin/postdisplay.cgi?forum=Forum9&topic=001249 For a REALY chrome grill check this thread out |
ed monahan | I though he meant that there are some grilles currently available in diff. colors and he was going to buy one and have it chromed, BUT that may be way off, too. |
ssknar | That is what I meant. I didn't want to give up my original. So, I am looking at $300 to buy a grille and then another $600 for the chroming.Any other major issues with doing this? Thanks, Steve |

TIME (10~12 weeks is lead time for Advanced to do it) TOO BAD EVERYONE DIDN'T DO THIS OVER THE WINTER I have had a chrome grill in my car over 4 years. My original grill is in Ed's Candy and one that Advanced Plating done in there now. I doubt if I would EVER put a stock Yellow grill in the car for good. I might for a short time so I could drive the car BUT, I would have another chrome one coming. |
