JJFHello,

I purchased a 2002 Prowler back in March 2017 (I just got granted permission to post on the forum) and I look forward to participating in the forum. This is my first experience with a "Collectors" vehicle (that is what my insurance company calls it), its also my first sports car in my life. I have always driven SUVs.

Jack

garysssCongrats and welcome to the club. My insurance listed it as Exoctic, either way have fun and enjoy.
401KATIm close to you my brother...holler if u need something....lots of good advice here if u get in a bind...jim
druJack, Welcome and congratulations. I sent you a PM.
CJWelcome to POA and congratulations on your new Prowler!!!!

2002 Deep Candy Red - CJPROWLN
2002 Black California Kid Prowler - CAL KID

The Prowler makes you smile. Why? Because it's focused. It has a plot, a reason for being, a passion. It evokes the hot rod. It evokes the American Dream. This car is the human psyche.

Randy CobbCongrats and welcome!
bjprowlerDrive it and ENJOY IT!......Don't make a "Garage Queen" out of it or,.... after you're gone,.... your grandkids will inherit it and sell it for half what you paid for it.

Prowlers are great for HOLDING their value but will probably never GO UP in value IMO.....

.....Speaking of "after you're gone"......Did you know that most Prowler owners who actually DRIVE their cars, die with a smile on their face.

padrooWelcome Jack to the POA. Enjoy your new toy, they look nice sitting in your garage but nothing can replace those goose bumps you get when you kick the pedal to the metal.
JJFTanks to all of you for the kind welcome.
ALLEY CATWELCOME to the POA Jack,,,

Call 911 - there is a Prowler in my garage

enzvoywelcome Jack and enjoy the ride
quincyWelcome and congratulations!

I recommend you discuss with your insurance company what is called 'agreed to value' of your 'collector car'. If they don't participate try Barrett Jackson or Grundy, and there are others. In the event of total loss you will not be low balled by the insurance company for compensation....

TucsonJerWelcome to the POA. Jer

If you do not have agreed value insurance I strongly suggest you purchase it. There are some requirements and restrictions involved but unless you intend to use your Prowler as a daily driver, you should not have any problems. It's much cheaper than standard insurance with far better coverage.

Landscape DoctorWelcome and Congrats.
