padroo | Last night this caught my eye sitting at a very small used car dealer near my home. I have never seen anything like it and yes it does have a V-8. I have more pictures if anyone is interested I can post. This message has been edited by padroo on 08-20-2017 at 08:08 PM |

ed monahan | I don't like the nose piece at all, but I like the rest of it. I keep thinking 1/4 mile dirt track when I look at the side shot, the short wheel base. It is probably a lot of fun to drive but it might do a back flip if you punch it. |
padroo | If you look closely there are latches for a hood but it would cover up all that beautiful engine chrome. I had the same idea, dirt track. Anymore details? This message has been edited by padroo on 08-21-2017 at 05:36 AM |
garysss | The back half kinda reminds me of a Dune Buggy. Different looking for sure. |

Actually the backend looks exactly like one of the Model T Ford's.

ALLEY CAT | I'm with Ed,,,,, > "I don't like the nose piece at all, but I like the rest of it." That grill ruined it for me,,,,but I would drive it |
padroo | The front end really does look like these old Sprint Cars. http://www.vaultcars.com/1948-ford-sprint-car |
ALLEY CAT | You are right Dale,,,but its a Street Rod....not a dirt tracker... |
Simonsez | I only thing I didn't like was the price tag. The grill didn't bother me as I love the old nostalgia dirt track look. |
ed monahan | The front kind of looks like the old Dodge-em, bumper cars at Coney Island, also. The open hood is fine with me but I don't like the grille at all. I would bet that thing would fly. |
padroo | Here is another picture of the front end.
|
WildCat | front end I believe is referred to as Track Tee Yes off 20's race car Probably a lot of fun but scary to drive. |
Stroker | Who else noticed the front shocks. I think builder was trying to make it ride like a Prowler. |
Ken & Roslin Romain | Where is this car located? It has California plates on it. Might look good with a small pick up bed on the back. This message has been edited by Ken & Roslin Romain on 08-23-2017 at 12:18 PM |

PM sent with car location. |
Stroker | [img] Some build styles are timeless. Highland Plating Spl was built before the birth of the Fad "T". Still looks good today.

padroo | I found this in a car magazine, I wasn't sure if it was for sale or not. |
