| silverkat | I watched Bears /Steelers and Steelers stayed in locker room and left their sideline empty during National Anthem. 1 Steeler #76 came out and sang along so Kudos to him. Otherwise a disgrace. Bears all stood arm in arm w/no kneelers so my season continues. Very disappointed in Patriots as they had many sitting. I kinda like Pats but "Patriots" kneeling or sitting for anthem? Best change name to New England Sitters.Normally I'd be happy as Bears won but I'm thoroughly disgusted with the league and players. All the owners care about is their pocket books so their responses to this problem mean zilch. Keep kneelin all you creeps while our true heroes overseas give their lives for your pathetic ones. I may stop watching next weekend as this disgusts me and Roger 60 million Goodell is a pig as he rips Trump to make it look as if he's on the players side. What a disingenuous POS. |

Just sayin. SK, I did not see it on TV,,, I heard it on the radio sitting on the beach. I did hear the post game interviews and things did get abit testy with the group we hang with. At this time I have no opinion, let me get the highlights tomorrow and I will give you my opinion. From what I heard so far,,,, NOT GOOD. |

| silverkat | Wow watching news coverage of the day and incredibly the protesters are now the heroes here. Lets remember all this started by Colin Craperprick was to protest police brutality. Then we have a year of open season on cops who are viewed as villans. The shooters who kill the cops are the heroes in these sick and twisted minds as well as those who disrespect the flag and the country's anthem. Now they say it's about NFL unity. What a load of sh!t! Screw these bastards. I just cancelled NFL Ticket and I'm done with Pro Football. It's college and the NHL for me. Oh and L/D Bob Kraft stabbed Trump in the back. I had liked Kraft but no more. Can't imagine what our boys overseas think when all they want is some football to help them cope a little better. The NFL and it's thugs should be ashamed of themselves. |
