ARLINGTON, Va. - Video posted online shows a plow traveling the wrong way on a snow covered road in Virginia.

The motorist who shot the video claims the plow forced him off the road Monday as he drove in Arlington. The motorist then followed the plow and recorded another near-hit.

FOX 5 reached out to authorities in Virginia.

"This is completely unacceptable behavior for snow plowing and it was in violation of Arlington County's plow driver practices and training," said Dave Hundelt, Chief Operating Engineer of the Water/Sewer/Streets Bureau at the Arlington County Department of Environmental Services.

"As soon as the County learned of the unacceptable behavior, we identified the driver and removed him from duty. We will be taking appropriate action with this employee."

"Safety is a priority for the County, and we encourage any driver issues or concerns to be reported to the police," Hundelt continued.

bjprowlerApparently no one told the driver that he could have angled his blade to the right and drove on the right side of the road......Hey!!! He's a government employee!!!......That probably wasn't even on the civil service exam when he got the $80,000.00 a year part time snow plowing job!!!

Meanwhile, he'll get a tax payer paid civil service attorney, paid leave, time-and-one-half for going to trial plus full pay, a disability pension, a full benefit package, the right to file grievances till he gets what he wants, lifetime full deluxe medical (NOT ObamaCare), a dental plan, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc..

....Oh, BTW,..... the unlucky taxpayer driving the car up the hill is on his own and SOL while the government spends millions in attorney fees to prove that it was actually HIS FAULT...
