cowpie636I bought a Hard Top from the Prowler store and it came in by UPS a couple days ago. I had the UPS driver take it out of box and we looked it over and all looked good. I took it to the paint shop to have it prepped and painted. The paint shop noticed a small crack between the top and bottom under the rear window , they said they could fix it but it would be an extra 200.00, I said fix it. I called the Prowler store and explained the situation. They said to go back to paint shop and take pictures of the damage and to save the box it came in, well I had disposed of the box and when I got to the paint shop they already fixed it , so I took pictures of the repair. I call the Prowler store and proposed that if they would pay 100.00 in store credit that I would pay 100.00 as I felt it was my mistake for not catching the crack and disposing the box. To my surprise they said OK . So those of you who don't like the Prowler store they did right by me.
