Amazing the detail and thought put into that. Please share more on the "oven forming" of that plastic for the lights and such ... very neat!

touchwoodYou are right Saskatchewan winters seem to last forever when you have a Prowler in the garage.
The vacuum forming really is not that difficult once you experiment with different plastics and temperatures. Building the moulds is the challenging part especially when you have a left and right to make the same (like the headlights). Thank you all for your great comments.
