EssexExportAn item done by Buddy C is his steering wheel. Replaces old one. He installed mine at the NHN 2 years ago.

DrillinUso only 3 people only do things for a prowler?

Has everyone retired? I saw so many posts of Prowlers owners doing things for Prowler items.

catfishthats why theres a search function.

------------------

DrillinUSearch is when you know of it,

And I wanted new information on who is doing things for Prowlers. Many POA are not doing things they used to do. Many retired, also Companies are not doing stuff for Prowlers, like TGF who are now Metalcrafters.

I just wanted an update on who is doing products for Prowlers.

Like jimsutton is doing side vent panels, http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/Forum6/HTML/009120.html

Also phil2237
doing the side panels, these things I would like to know.

Who are left doing work for Prowlers

catfishnot many suppliers left, being a low production car and not being produced in the last 10 yrs,its mostly used stuff our nothing.if they made 2 million maybe.there is no demand.there wasnt a whole lot of demand when they were still in production.

ed monahanReal Rod used to make some mods, also.
EssexExportAnother mod you can do is a pedal cover kit. This one in particular goes with my red carbon fiber dash kit (yet another mod). Ever have your foot slip off a pedal because its wet (rare in a Prowler)? A pedal kit will virtually eliminate that from happening.

EssexExportWhen I did my dash kit on the Kat there were three companies I could find that did them for the Prowler. Have the URLs for two:

EssexExportThe peddle kit you're on your own.
DrillinUTy for that info

Ed I am posting this here, (hope he still does this) http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/Forum21/HTML/000020.html

Shipping is $ 10, total, for one or four caps.

Repair is $ 30 for one plus $10 shipping
Repair is $100 for four plus $ 10 shipping.

Mark the back of them with a magic marker and he will make sure you get the same ones back.
He usually repairs them the same day he gets them (or the next day, at the latest). He holds them a day to make sure the epoxy (?) sets and the ring does not get knocked out of place during shipping. You should get them back in about a week from the day you shipped them off. The weekend could delay that a day or so. He does them quickly.
You can remove the tabs and the O ring before you send them to Dick. He breaks them off and throws them away. If you break them off you don't have to worry about them scratching the other caps plus it cuts down on space and weight.
The return shipping is higher because the caps weigh a bit more with the repair.

I now have 9 spares so if you lost one, we can fix you up. If you have extras, I will buy them at $ 15 each.
