Lets see the drag strip numbers...... Then we can decide. Boost,,Boast,,Horsepower,, don't always translate This is actually a pretty good quote but again it comes from someone who just doesn't get it. I think we should borrow from another Mopar quote and say "it's a Prowler thing.....you wouldn't understand". so go away! Then we can decide. Boost,,Boast,,Horsepower,, don't always translate Obviously not a 98 since there is only one of those and it isn't north of the border. Far as boost and HP, I wish I had details but am told it starts with a 33 1/3% increase in cylinders. http://jalopnik.com/answers-of-the-day/ Bob This site has been running light a fine tuned clock the last couple of days. Not my opinion. I just posted it.....RPL I don't feel that way and especially not since I went for a ride in Mike's car down in Houston. Tony Goertz Not for the drag strip - just way more fun to drive. treyb Another article. It's always the same thing nice looking car just not fast enough should have had V8. After 11 years it's getting kind of old with these writers. There wasnt even a car hemi available at the time and was one of the fastest in the line up. For the time and to this day the Prowler is the king of looks and an engineering feat.
To this day i still never saw a better car that I liked, but ready to give all these
Writers and the modern 400 hp plus daily drivers a run for there money in the spring. Thus the inspiration.
Drag strip target yes. A simple favorite quote from my youth and growing up "Autobots Transform!!"
