He said he was driving and all of the sudden it just flew up as he was driving (had the TGF spoiler on it too - ouch) and when he hit the brakes it slammed back down. He was sure it latched. Took off again (He never had a ring at the dash that the lid was ajar) thinking it had slammed shut since the warning chime did not go off and this time it blew off and went down the road.... What a bummer. And are there any pics?
When the deck lid blew off I had to avoid his underwear on the road! I was worried I'd get my tires all Stinky!tangled up in BLUE plate said "PROWLYNN" I think CJ I believe that the owner that experienced that was Bob Talbot from Canada. Apparently, the deck lid was not latched tightly. A tough lesson and a good reminder for all owners to always make sure the deck lid is closed properly. I hope there wasn't too much damage to his cat. Duct tape works wonders! MDProwler Amazingly the deck lid and the spoiler look repairable. I would have expected more damage then that. Still not a good thing to have happen. Stray Cat He was parked right next to me and I do not believe it was his fault..... really nice guy and I felt terrible for him. stevedymo cnote6 Looked worse in person. Sorry it happend.
