3M film is more expensive and you must either be good or hire someone to install it. I would like to install it on my trailer to show the graphics off better ------------------ ------------------galaxie I'm thinking about getting a bra cover for the trailer, or putting on the clear protective film. If anyone has used the protective film, how long does it last? I don't want to mess up the paint with stone chips on the way to Tulsa. Please express your feelings, both pro & con, on the bra cover.....Thanks, Mac 392HEMI Mac, I am using the full trailer bra on my trailer to protewct the front of it. It seems to work very well and the top is even protected. It's a bear to put on but it works. Jim docjc65 I had 3M protectant film put on my T-Bird about four years ago and it looks GREAT. Film is guaranteed for five years; however, with as little as I drive the T-Bird I would imagine that it will still be looking good MUCH longer than that. WildCat I would say the bra will give you better protection, but the clear 3M film will give you a better look.
Larry & Sue MayesTLRandall I have the 3M clear bra on both the Mulholland trailer and on the Purple. The Mulholland has been on over 3 years and still looks great. It was the 8 mil, and the purple just got the 14 mil. It is going to cost you about $350.00, but I like the look.
