------------------ Something like this ...on both ends: This message has been edited by MeanGene on 06-03-2006 at 03:29 PM Hi Marvin, Looks great !! And GENE, your Kat sure turned out awesome ! ------------------ Go for it Marvin,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,makes the cat look like what it is thought about from the beginning. I've put over 2,000 miles on my cat without the fenders,,,,no rock chips! The side panesl are TGF...yes, they are open and functional. I've included a few more shots above. This message has been edited by MeanGene on 06-03-2006 at 03:32 PM Does it help with high speed handling or is just for show?junior420 hi...is it possible to put a wing on the front of the prowler? maybe under the nose..sort of like they do on the racing cars or the ford indigo. did anyone ever fabricate one? thanks ALLEY CAT Sortof,,,,,,,,,TGF made a front spoiler to attach to the front nose at the bottom. 392HEMI I almost have to believe the "wing effect" would be better fabricated off the front side of the lower A arm. Since it is an Indy car style front suspension system this might look great!! marvin gohl like this? catfish a 2000 neon chrome grille mldg.mount up frt.below grille and whre frt.nose sticks out the farthest.cut 2 holes in nose same as mldg shape.their called whiskers not wing. MeanGene Junior, Randy Cobb Damn Gene, that color combo turned out great! meandmykitty SWEET GENE REAL SWEET LOVE THE COLOR COMBO. RICK DUSTI quote:

did you do this yourself ?marvin gohl Yes Iwas checking for panel fit and alignment before I tore it all back apart to send to dealer for a bunch of warranty work. I finally have the rest of the chrome strut bars and fender brackets, to go along with obi wons polished front end. It's really coming along and none too soon, louisvilles right around the corner. I'm trying to have the paint work done by the end of next week to reassemble. I'm having hoorific prowler withdrawls. The polished front end and upgraded brake system really pop with out the fenders on. I considering leaving them off. MeanGene Thanks guys...Marvin you will love this look! marvin gohl Thanks Gene, I love the way your's turned out. Who did the side panels, can we get a close up shot of one,...please. Are they ducted into the air intake,or just asthetic? they look awesome. I don't have the rocker panels though, I'm hoping that enough interest will accrue that bob may make a run at them. catfish marvin remember one thing ,if you leave your fenders off, lots of possible rock chips.the frt.tires throw up everything.mean gene, awesome design and color scheme.
