Now while the auction said AS IS the lights arrived in the following condition. Scratches on both headlight lenses. Some king of liquid dripped on the silver reflectors on the inside of both the lights(the passenger side was the worst) . The tail section of the passenger headlight had an 1 & 1/2 inch crack. It looks like someone had tried to remove the light from the Prowler without removing the rear hold down bracket screw, which you have to remove the side panel to get to. Someone had attempted an extremely lousy job of trying to patch it on the inside. The headlight cap had the rear most tab broken off and the cap was cracked due to excess tightening. When I removed the cover one of the mounting tabs inside was also broken (again due to much pressure tightening the mounting screws) Both lights also had a deep gouge just center and directly beneath the headlight lens edge. I sent two notes the the individual, be he will not respond. He has also yet to give me feedback. I am sure he waiting to see what I give him first. I paid immediately via PayPal The Prowler Police Force are here to help you. "This auction is for a set of headlamps for the Chrysler / Plymouth Prowler. These are used and sold as is. They are originally silver in color but can be painted to match. The lights are intact and in great shape with the exception of some surface scratches as seen in the photo. The scratches are only paint deep and can easily be sanded out before painting. Winning bidder to pay shipping. Thank You for looking."RADCAT RICH if he doesn't respond to another email, let him know that even though auction was as is, seller MISREPRESENTED item description, and then wait fro reply/no reply- let ebay know and dispute with paypal, you should get credit after send back to seller-GOOD LUCK. Howard Please post a link to the ebay auction along with photos of how the product arrived. Bcoffman Gray Ghost I had this happen to me a couple times. About the feedback, that is. When you give them neg. feedback, they leave you neg feedback when you didn't do anything wrong. I paid the same day the auction ended. When I was unhappy they waited to see what feedback I gave them. Then they flamed me. I have been screwed twice and I just quit E-Bay and closed my Pay-Pal acct. I don't need to deal with trash like that. The worst I had deals with was a " skelly ". The other was Barry_Bielski. I sent him cash. Only $3.85, but he just claimed that he never got it. A lot of a$$holes out there. Trash. BeWare Here a link to the auction. I will try an post pics tonight. I figured I was stuck with these headlights so I have already resolved some of the issues. I polished the scratches from the lenses (except for the deep ones),and I cleaned the silver reflector on the passenger side headlight with a long skinny stick and a Q Tip.

There is a time limit to the process and you must adhere to it and also a way to go about it. Check the Ebay web site for details. Worked for me in a good way. 1buddyc Rich, since you paid with PayPal, go to your PayPal account, Click on "details" of this transaction. At the bottom of the page click on "dispute resolution". Maybe Paypal can help you out since this guy mis-represented the items and wont return your emails...
PS- Sure am glad you out-bid me!! Buddy.ALLEY CAT I'd say you have a legitimate complaint,,,,from your description compared to how they were advertised [great shape]
