40tillman	Hello, this is an open letter to my ebay customers. My name is Jeff Brett, in Spokane, Washington, ebay name 40tillman. I having been providing quality Prowler gear for several prowleronline subscribers over the last 5 months. I would like to personally apologize for being late with several orders that have been placed over the last six weeks. A serious medical situation has been plaguing our oldest daughter for the last month to month and a half. Narrowing of the bile ducts has caused a liver problem and we my wife and I have taken extensive time away from our stores. It is still indefensible on my part for not delivering promptly. This is why I have elected to publicly apologize to many of my great ebay customers that use this forum. If anyone feels that they we're not treated correctly or fairly please email me personally and I will do what it takes to make it right with you. If looking at my feedback. Please note page after page of great feedback we receive. If going back 4, 5 ,or 6 pages, you will see all the feedback on our fast shipping. I feel we make some really nice Prowler gear that we make more for fun and the love of embroidery, not money. With ebay fees, commission fees, Paypal fees, and free shipping, I get more people questioning the quality of our products more than any other question. Customers can't believe the quality we do for the asking price. I made shipping free, because I have been ripped off by ebay sellers on overpriced shipping charges. Quality is a top priority. We will have our act together by June, 1st. Our daughter has been out of the hospital for 4 days now and has color in her face for the first time in a long while. I will not post here again, as it appears this web site sells Prowler gear themselves and by no means I want to deflect any funds that might go to support this website. Thanks, Jeff and Nikki Brett, and our five kids( with twin 13 year old boys at the end of the family tree). It's been fun let me tell you.

SILVRKAT	I have purchased several items from Jeff thru eBay and can attest to the quality of the products and his business,in fact I recommended his eBay site and Prowler items on prowleronline about 2 months ago. If something is wrong with your order, he WILL make it right. Hope that all goes well with your daughter.

MeanGene	Jeff, It's been over 4 months for the bags I order on Ebay from you. A yellow and a red/black one. Since you haven't responded there - maybe here. Just send the $57.00 back, kept your products. Yep---I'm pissed!

SILVRKAT	He has time to list new items on eBay, he should be able to take care of past sales problems. I had several problems with different orders. He did finally make good on them but it took months.

MeanGene	Guys...I'm taking the guys word that he's got some problems...but listing after listing on EBay, he hasn't missed a beat in four to five months of watching the listings. Keeps on selling, but I'm not sure who actually gets the products.
Marty Usher	Gene - I understand you position. I am sorry the guy has a daughter with medical problems. I am certainly sympathetic to a situation like that. He freely posted three months ago he would work to take care of all orders and has continued to list and sell on ebay. He should ship his orders or refund the money he has held for months. I won't even get into the "is he licensed by DC" issue!
Simonsez	Gene. I have met you and know you are not really "mean". I was playing with words with your POA handle. I hope that his daughter recovers quickly and all the other problems get solved (especially yours).
FL Phil	I contacted him when he first posted several months ago and asked if he had a license from DC and he said no. I asked if he wanted to sell his products thru the Prowler Store after explaining our limited license agreement with DC that we had.
