robbiebI use a static IP on my computer. And I voted on the poll and wanted to say in a comment that I would like to add a supercharger to my car. I got an error saying that my IP has been banned!!! How did that happen?

This error message...are you sure it was from the POA? If yes...just e-mail Mike and see what's up.

If it was not from this site you may have just gotten a good dose of Spyware.

Rod EndsleyI have tried to vote on the poll but can't it always comes up "YOU HAVE ALREADY VOTED" witch is not true. What is my problem? Thanks Rod

We use a subscription poll service. It's possible that they may have your IP or range of IP's blocked globally on their service.

Please email or PM your IP address to me and I'll take this up with them.

This is a known issue with some AOL users. I'll also follow up on this once again!

robbiebIt allows me to vote with no problem. And I've even posted a comment or two on past polls. But when I tried to post a comment after I had voted on that poll is when I got told that my ip had been banned by the administrator. Wouldn't it have stopped me from voting if it was blocked by the poll service? It's not a big deal, I just wanted to make sure I hadn't pissed anybody off! LOL!
ProwlerIt blocks my attempts to comment. Says I've been banned.

I just tried it and it did the same thing to me!

I'll re-adminster the poll and see if that fixes it. Hopefully I can keep the counts the same.
