By that, I mean whenever a member locates a totaled Kat, jot down the VIN, color, city & state, and send it on to POA. A separate registry would then be compiled for these unfortunates......... If it gets a response, then there's a running total.... perhaps a "Dead Cat" thread? If it gets a response, then there's a running total.... Not bad. .....or maybe a "There is no 10th life" Department? It intrigued me for a while though. For those members who know "how many colors" or year production were in the same series Website Administrators/magazine editors are always looking for input......... Like I said, just an idea. This message has been edited by CJ on 03-18-2005 at 08:08 AM I agree with you CJ. It was just an idea though. I believe you're right. My suggestion would be for those that are totaled. It would be more of a service to those who still have a Prowler, definately NOT much of a service to those who lost one. This message has been edited by Ed W. on 03-18-2005 at 07:07 AM Everyone, if you come across a totaled cat, please forward CJ or me as much information as available. The last eight digits of the VIN are critical then anything else: date, location of the car or owner, color, type of damage and owner if known. I'll make sure that they receive the information.Ed W. Given the incredible amount of talent & tech that has gone into POA, what are the member's feelings about expanding our registry to be more complete? Leo That sounds like a good idea. If you need help let me know. ALLEY CAT uhhhh, uhhhhh,,Beavis, like this Ed W dude is talking Prowler obituary hahahaha,,Butthead, like dead pussicat page,,,,kewl CJ I guess we need to take into consideration how much work that would be for Mike to make changes/additions and if he can or is willing to do that. Ed W. No argument there, CJ. We already know, how many were made, how many are yet to be sold. We like to know how many Kats are yet to sign on board POA, so why not " how many Kats" never will?
POA is constantly evolving, so why not a registry of the cars doing likewise?
I do admire those who have sold their cars & took the time to indicate (to POA) as such. GenoTex Just a thought/// EdW......

as my car, there would still be a guage to monitor how many are left (i.e. Woodward, Black tie). As it is, only Mike Krehel knows how many "Electric Blues" are left.CJ Ed, I'm not saying it shouldn't be done...just that we need to remember it does takes some work to the make changes on the website. I don't know how to do that, so I don't really know how much work it would be......only Mike can tell us that. Ed W. quote:
