Email Bob Haisler The first Problem you have and take it to the Dealer Might easily cost you the price of the Extended warranty. ToysFat Pat Went to check out a Chrysler extended warranty on my Prowler today. I have 9600 miles on it...it is an '01.
They want $1430.00 for 7 year 70,000 miles, no deductible.
I'd really like to have some input here from you guys and gals that have some experience with these cars. Do I need it or not??
Prowler Newbie
FP2002SilverProwler I have a 7-year 50K mile warranty on my Prowler. I am not sure how much I paid for it, but I know I haggled over the price of the warranty with them and got it down a few hundred. I would check out a few other Chrysler dealers in your area and see if you get a better price. ALLEY CAT I would say yes,,,buy one. Parts are high priced.

He'll get you the best price,,,,mention the Prowler website. Maybe a 50,000 mile limit might work for you also? Get a price on both. JMOtoys Fat Pat It's a no brainer get one.
Plus what you would add to the resale value of your Prowler with a warranty is well worth it.lavka Get an extended warranty. Certain Prowler parts are expensive.
I have saved more than three times the cost of the warranty on covered repairs.
My Kat is an '01 with 21K miles.
I have had front shocks replaced (twice), both upper A arms replaced, and hood struts replaced under the extended warranty. The cost of the A-arms alone is more than the cost of the extended warranty.
