I'm not sorry I got mine but I really didn't have the extra cash to buy it at the time. I paid $4,600 for the trailer but it really cost me about 10K in fees and penalties Most the Dealer in the Indy area with `97 also had the trailer and was asking $75,000 for the package ------------------tangled up in BLUE Seems like I see quite a few 97 Prowlers with trailers advertised.....were the trailers a more common option with the 97 Kats percentage wise than other years due to the introduction of the Kat and trailer....just curious.... RPL Many dealers packaged the car and trailer in an attempt to charge very large prices on these cars. ALLEY CAT I believe Bob is right. It was nothing for the dealers out here in the west to ask $75,000 to $100,000 for the first cats, so I guess "throwing in" the trailer option made it more attractive. Ron Robb That is what I ran into here in Houston too. The dealer was including a trailer, but wanted $140,000 for the package. toys Ron Rob was this recently!!!!!.

No this was on an 97 when they first came out.
I agree, just out of my league!ed monahan If people were willing to pay the big markup just to get the first cats, they might have been more willing to pay for the trailer, also. Some bought them to be the first to have them, probably sold them a year or two later with 200 miles on them. If you had the money to pay the big mark up, maybe it didn't phase them to buy the trailer, hence more 97s with trailers. Or maybe not. WildCat I was told by the dealer I only had "X" amount of time to order my trailer and that you had to own a prowler and give them the vin number to get one cnote6 I bought a red one on Ebay and then traded it for the color I needed from a another POA member. GO POA!!!
