Andy RHere are a couple of Videos from some Plymouth Dealer Kiosk software from 1996-1997 that a friend gave me.

The first is just of the prototype, and the second uses details from both the prototype and production.

The date on the disk is August 1996, but the data file date from disk production is around December 1995.

I have an even longer one that I can try to recode and post if you all would like.

DUSTIAndy,
do you have the capability to copy those DVDs ? I'd be glad to pay you for any occuring costs.

If you can't copy DVDs, I could if you want to PM or email me ?!

Thanks for your consideration and thanks for sharing !!

dpenaAndy,

2purpleTHANKS ANDY,
These are great.
Prowler2 is the best as it has sound.
"Eather you get or you don't" how right they are.

DUSTI : If you right click you mouse & "save file as" to your hard drive that should get the copy you want.

THANKS Andy for taking the time to share these.

Andy RDusti, these came on CD's and are mpg files from the Windows based programs used to run an info kiosk ( I think). I'd be happy to send you a copy of the ones with the Prowler samples. They also have lots of clips about other Plymouth vehicles. Send me your address.

Dan, the first mpeg-1 file was the original from the disk. The second I recompressed to make smaller than the 6.4mb it was in its original state. I recompressed with the new mp4 compressor which gives excellent quality at a fraction of the size, a new version of quicktime should be able to handle it (Mac yes, Windows not sure!)

Here is a version I exported with the Sorenson 3 compressor, let me know if it works.
New version of Prowler 2

2purp, The first has sound too, it says "The Plymouth Prowler concept car. Just an idea" Cool.

I still can't get it to play on Windows Media Player. (Says it is unregistered class).

Andy RI don't think these will play with Windows Media player. You can get quicktime for windows for free from Apple to play quicktime based movies.
Austrian ProwlerAndy,
thanks for posting the videos. Havenīt seen this before.
All videos works.

Gery

Richard JacksonThe second video appears to be a production model with a pearl white intake and rings around the guages?

Richard

cnote6Thanks, the first one works but the second did not play.

Thanks Andy
