CatDudeThe hardest part of making the calendar is providing the criticism. Which is fine. I don't mind providing it. My main objective is to get as many good quality pictures as possible before I start the calendar layout.

Many ask for criticism, so I provide it. Some want to know why I didn't use their photos. I treat everyone the same.... but it is difficult to provide criticism, which I try to state right to the point. I never intend to hurt anyone's feelings and I try to add some encouragement along with the blunt criticism.

All in all, you folks have been pretty good about not taking my criticism personally and I appreciate it.

Also.. Thanks for being so repsonsive and submitting so many photos over the past few weeks. Your efforts will allow me to begin the sorting and layout process. Please continue to submit photos. The calendar layout will not be set in stone until sometime in September, so there is still time to get them in.

If you are still taking photos, do yourself a favor and review mine and Larry's guidelines posted here: 2005 calendar info .

thanks everyone!
Damon.

Tytanium-KCan't be any more fair than that Damon,
Hey! I'll be first to admit my car isn't as snazzy as many of you have and my digital camera isn't the finest quality either--but I'm gonna just keep snappin' photos & maybe, just maybe I'll take ONE which will be unique enough for many people to like! Even if none of my efforts make the calendar, I won't be sad about it, because it only means there are a lot more attractive photos in circulation! It would be tough being VCD, and having to make the choices he's soon facing! Especially friends! He will want to ensure his friend's photos make the cut...but, if they're simply not the mass quality required, what can he do? So, Damon, hats off to you, man! Wouldn't wanna be in your shoes regarding this particular project! I'll still like ya' if none o' mine make it in '05 OR '06 calendar...cuz that's not what the POA is all about! I just wanna say, Thanks for being you, man! Salute!

Bcoffman Gray GhostI got two of last years calendars. And love them. I mentioned earlier this year one small favor that I would like to ask. Please make the font size on the calender days (numbers) larger. My calendar hangs about 4-5 feet behind my computer. My tired old eyes have trouble reading the numbers. Everything else is absolutely perfect. Keep up the great work Damon. I wish that I had some of your talents. POA is really lucky to have you working on this project.

Randy CobbLethia-

Love the flamed bra! Great looking cars!
(Don't tell AC - don't want to hurt his feelings-, but even though his Kat is super sharp, yours is awesome!)

butchceeWhat's all those weeds in the background? Are those Arizona answer to bushes?
ALLEY CATAl - those are Az maryjane bushes that P-Keith sent me,,,,damn things will not produce. That building was built and completed nine months ago, but hasn't had anyone lease it yet. The driveways are all chained off so we had to trespass to get into the place. Don't think they are watering the bushes and trees anymore. There are two buildings, side by side, just alike. One has convex mirror glass, the other has concave mirror glass. I thought this might be a good picture, but not. The mirror glass makes things look bigger or smaller >>> like the mirrors in the ole Fun House at the state fairs, lol.
Tytanium-KAwesome AC...Oops, did I see a puddle behind yours...where it got scared? Ty-K
ALLEY CATMan of Metal - NO puddle behind the Alley Cat,,,,,only red cats puke up juice, lol.

If I remember correctly. I ask that a different font be used also. Last year Damon used a similar if not the same font as the 02-03 calendar.
Damon did such a great job and he will do even better this year.

Hey, maybe that's a screw head showing instead of a pebble. Hope not.

Yes, mine does get an upset tummy occasionally...quite unlike yours having IBS, however: Irritable Bowel Syndrome!

MetalManStrikesAgain

ALLEY CATIBS Yes, the Silverado had that problem when I was installing the rolled rear pan>>>>naked butt also for a few days KYjam - I heard from several Florida owners that your red cat has ABS,,,,,doesn't stand for the braking system >>>>> as it relates to your cat = ALWAYS BEHIND SILVER cats
Tytanium-KABS is correct, AC, however it stands for: ALWAYS BEATS SILVER cats heh!
