I'm hoping I haven't left anyone out of my list of THANK YOU! If I missed anyone, please accept my apologies.Wife = Debe Henkel. Without my Best Friend, I would not have made it through this event from beginning to end.
Co-Event Coordinator = Tami Fischer (The Organizer), who defines the term "Team Work". Also her setting up of the packets and shirt orders was amazingly ordered.
Drag Races = Bob Longstreth, Marty Usher and Laddie Roussel, without their input on setting up the Drags I'd have been lost.
Advance Scout (on cruises) = Laddie Roussel, it was priceless to have someone running ahead on the Cruises making sure everything was ok before we got there.
Raffles = CJ Longstreth. assisted by WildBill, Ken Fischer and CNote6. CJ was the first and only choice for handling this item and, with her assistants, she did an outstanding job, again..
Greeting table (handing out goodie bags & Shirts) = Bob & Martha Mart, Debe Henkel, Tami Fischer, Jamie Fischer. These folks made it the easiest "registration" yet. One owner commented he had a complaint: "It only took me 2 minutes on line, what’s with that!" Online registration paid off.
Cruise Control = Debe Henkel. I'm told she became known as the "Vana White" of traffic control! Stopping on Cruises to direct drivers at the turns.
Auctions = Ed Monahan. What can I say about Ed? As usual he handled anything thrown his way and makes everyone laugh along the way. Great job on the auctions..
Cruise Mapping = Ray & Gayle Bartels. This couple made early trips in order to map out the Cruise to Fredericksberg and Gruene. Again, this done on their own time.
Lakeway local mapping = Dave & Janet Foshee. Janet's outstanding map of the local restaurants and such
within the Lakeway area was outstanding also.
Security & Police = Tom Randall. What can I say about "The Rain Man"? Without Tom's help with his phone
calls and driving up there to get the local Police to cooperate with us, it would not have been as secure as it was. Also his talking to a certain officer from the Colorado County dept kept an owner from getting a ticket. It was lowered to just a warning.
Parking Lot Party = Bob Goetz. This man is amazing! He buys the Beer and also maintains the best "cool" of anyone of us. Thanks Bob!
Event Photographer = Wayne Wagner. Wayne was everywhere taking pictures to be added to the Event DVD which will be for sale, hopefully within 4 weeks.
Thank You to each and everyone of you, which helped make it another great event for the Prowler owners! "It's a family thing!"
Someone has made the comment to me that only two people put this together! My answer to them is it took two Organizers and I think you can count the people just on my list to see it involved a lot more than two!
