ANY THOUGHTS? Lift-Portable Mid-Rise 60 Item No. - 43695 Regular Price: $1,699.99 This message has been edited by CJ on 03-12-2004 at 07:49 AM if i remember correctly, with the garage door CLOSED, (depending on the electric door chain/opener positioned) you can lift the Prowler 42 inches off of the floor!!! you can do alot of work at that max ht. **thanks to tim k,& Dr.Phil k for the mail!! ------------------ ------------------ I would think it would be OK for the prowler it is an option if you do not have the room for a regular lift I do understand about the locks but, there is an aweful lot of the vehicle hanging over both ends and was thinking the whole thing could tip forward or back depending on the weight distribution (or lack thereof) ------------------ The height is great for tire work, frame work/cleaning/polishing,instead of lying on my back straining neck muscles, etc. i,m thinging about it seriously. THANKS for all the input! You think the guy that took his tires home ever figured out that there are a lot of other wheels and tires that would fit?RADCAT RICH has anyone had any experience /purchase a portable mid-rise lift for the Prowler/other

they do have safety locks.
alot more stable than you think. I know of a `67 Hemi GTX that sat on one for over a year as it was being worked on.....the owner took the tires home so it could not be movedYellowFever quote:

It would be very handy if you wanted to do tire and brake work. Waxing it would be easier. It has its uses for sure. If your limited to garage height i think its GO! RADCAT RICH CT, no problem, god knows your not a midget !
if anyone else has any info ,feel free to post.Bcoffman Gray Ghost quote:
