ETHow much should a Perfect Woodward cost with less than 1000 miles on it?
ALLEY CATThe question is "what is it worth to you?"

Its worth what it will bring in 'cash today'.

Check eBay and Autotrader.com for comps.

Rare color, low miles, and perfect condition will bring top dollar JMO

GenoTex6 gazillion smackaroos
ETWell, I guess I don't get one!
Marty UsherI see you have read trhe post in the Clasified section. If I was wanting a Woodward - $32,000 and low miles would certainly make it worth looking at. Price are all over the place. Someone posted today about a used 2000 Yellow that a dealer was asking $55027.00.
I wouldn't pay that, but then again, I wouldn't sell mine for $32K either.

ETThanks for the heads up Marty! Info appreciated....
CJThere are no new Woodwards available (one dealer owned still on the list), so if you are looking for a Woodward, it will have to be a used one.

Geezzzz CJ...you are such an accurate and reliable resource!!

Thanks for all you do. We sometimes forget to say: "We appreciate it"...

Jack the Wonder Dog (the dog that you gave an offical POA jacket to) and Chromer

Silver Flame KatCJ,

How can I get a copy of the list?

Tom

CJChromer........thanks!! but what makes you think I don't remember my buddy Jack??

Tom, if you can tell me a specific color(s) you are looking for, I can narrow the search for you based on your location.

ETTo everyone out there, please pass on any information or contacts you may have on a Woodward that may be available. Thanks for your help in advance!

As a footnote, I have been in touch with the 32k offer and am waiting for more info.....

Any contacts would be appreciated!!!!

Neal & Mary Ann BardensIf the one at a dealer is the one I know of it has less than 200 on it. I know the dealer well and it and a Black Tie may be available in the spring, but not cheap.
Neal

ETCan you point me in their direction?

If so, could you e-mail me the name of the dealer? Thanks for the tip!

Oh man CJ that is a cool picture that brings back alot of memories of last year and our lunch in Grand Lake. The shirt for Jack the wonder dog was a stroke of genius. Thanks for the memories.

ETCJ,

I called the dealer that has the new Woodward today. He will entertain offers above $80,000. Really has no interest in selling but would if he could make a kill'in! Thanks for the connection, your information was right on the dime!!!!

CatDudeThere was a used Woodward on a dealer lot a month or so ago in Charlottesville... I haven't seen it recently, but I will see if it is still available. I have seen a Mullholland within the last week on their showroom floor.

CatDudeHere are two Woodwards that are listed on autotrader:

Mike VeneziaET

The ststs on the woodward of the first link at auto trader are WRONG...they only made 153 woodwards...151 of them are numbered and signed by Dr Ru...2 of them are not...they are the factory pilot cars...My wife and I own the original first built pilot woodward...it is one of the 2 unnumbered ones...you need to look at the pin stripe in the middle on the trunk hatch, look for the words DR. RU and # xxx

if that is not present int is not a woodward or it is the other pilot woodward ( not likley) which the where abouts are unknown the vin for the second pilot woodward ends in 193...so no signature or number and no # 193 at end of vin then its not a real woodward

Hope this helps

CatDudeThe VIN numbers on the two autotrader vehicles above are consistent with the Woodward VIN numbers in the owner's registry, so they are very likely real Woodwards.

I found the following entry in the owner's registry. I don't know when this was posted:

Dan Voelker Tampa FL USA 2000 1P3EW65G2YV604547
viper10@tampabay.rr.com
The Woodward is for sale !!! 813-948-3335

ETMike,

Thanks so much for the pointers, I really appreciate the specifics to look for when purchasing a Woodward.

VCD,

I also appreciate your research and am following up. I did have a conversation with Dan and it appears that the car is not longer available. The one thing I have noticed since browsing ProwlerOnline is how friendly, open and informative you guys are. It makes me want a Prowler even more. I wish I had found this site long ago....
