pumpkinWe just sent the group from CA and AZ on their way to Albuquerque and points beyond from Las Cruces,NM.
They wanted to say Hi to Jim & Cathy Stallings, who unfortunately couldn't make the trip ("wish you were here").
Here are some pics from their overnight stay in Las Cruces.

Arriving in Las Cruces from Sierra Vista, AZ on Saturday evening

Norm greeting the weary drivers

We joined them for breakfast at the motel on Sunday morning

Lorraine & Kevin from AZ (Red PT), Mike & Lori from AZ (Black Kat), Charlotte & George
from CA (Blue Kat), Phil & Jane (hiding behind Norm) from CA (Purple Kat) and Norm

In the driveway at our home

Photo op with Pumpkin (she wasn't ready to go out to play)

Lorraine, Kevin, Phil, Jane, Lori, Mike, Charlotte, George and Norm

Seeing the Prowlers off, on their way to Albuquerque and other destinations in between.

We had a great time, although short, visiting with everyone Saturday evening and Sunday morning. They took out a little time to visit our home on their way out of town, so they could see Pumpkin, since she wasn't road worthy.

You're all welcome back, anytime

PipesGreat pictures.
My wife and I were lucky to meet them, and some of the AZ group, for dinner, in Chandler.
Hope the trip is going great.

ALLEY CATOn friday, June 27th, Alley Cat, Lethia, and Jan Bruggeman drove to Sierra Vista, Az to hook up with the traveling vacation cats from California. That evening we drove out to the Arizona Folklore Preserve theater for a very fine dinner. Mike and Lori Rutherford, our hosts and a black cat owner, also provided two extremely great entertainers to put on a private music show just for us. The food and entertainment was fabulous,,,thanks again Mike and Lori On saturday morning, after a wonderful breakfast at the Rutherford's home, we drove to Benson, Az to take in the famous Kartchner Caverns State Park. It's truly amazing to see what one continous drop of water can create over millions of years. "Shock and Awe" come to mind when visiting this natural wonder. If any of you ever get to southeastern Arizona, you must see the Kartchner Caverns and take in the Arizona Forklore Preserve!

We would like to thank Phil and Jane Horvath, George and Charlotte Carter, and Mike and Lori Rutherford for the invite to join with them for afew days of their visit through Arizona. We really enjoyed our trip to this area of Arizona.

JKrehelGreat photos, looks like everyone had a great time on the cruise....

A/C, You posted pictures!!! Is this a first?? Lethia must have helped you......

Great Job!! We think you have advanced into the technology age!!

PS: There will be NO salary raises, but maybe more drive time with the girls!!

ALLEY CATMrs. Krehel,,,,,Inflation rate last year was 2 1/2% and I would have thought that I earned that amount in my annual raise as Chief Curator of the Krehel Prowler Museum??? To secure a generous raise in 2004, I'm cutting back on that high priced dog food that I'm now feeding the two museum security guard dogs (your's ). I'm thinking the generic brand of dog food is plenty good enough for them,,,,thus saving the funds to secure my own personal income raise.

OK, I've been exposed,,,,,,,,,,Lethia has been training me to post pictures! It hasn't been easy. This paper clip, Image Expert, Open Album, Browse, Upload, Reply to Post, jpg, img, etc,,,has put alot of stress on me. Took me 45 minutes to post the above pictures alone. I may need additional vacation time off this year??? Paid, of course! Hope this doesn't put a strain on the museum budget? :D

AC = Advancing into this millenium at warp speed! Who knows,,,,,maybe a "Personal Scrapbook" is next.

Alley Cat,

Off the subject, we got your email and tried to reply but your address rejected. Anyway, we gave your message to Jane and she said she'd collect the money when she got back.

Had a good time with all the folks, you should have driven the two hours to our house instead of going back home, maybe next trip. Next time you see Jane tell her she can send Norm the $1.25 for complete tour of Wal-Mart Super Center - we call it the Wal-Mart Super Cruise.

PipesOff subject also:

Glad to hear that I am not the only one having dificulty sending e-mails to AC.

AC
Update on my car.
Turns out the aftermarket intake was chafing the wiring harness. (Gary mentioned that as a possibility a couple of weeks ago, at the Friday ABCO show)

Good news - they found the problem.
Bad news - it won't be covered by warranty

Bob Rinsem AKA Pipes

ALLEY CATNorm and Bob - Thanks for the updates, I appreciate it.

As for my email address, the problem lies when you hit reply to my email to you. On the return back to me, it says prowlertime@cox.com,,,,but should read prowlertime@cox.net

We are working to correct this problem. Sorry for the problem.

George CThanks for posting the pictures Norm and Pat. We just got home today, the end of a great trip. Alot of Prowler owners along the way helped make it a great trip. Met new owners as well as seeing some old friends. Saw beautiful country that we had never seen before. Wish we knew how to post pictures but I am sure Phil and Jane will when they get home. George and Charlotte
CWatsonJrGreat pictures!

Thanks to Jim & Cathi Stallings, we got to meet up with Phil & Jane in Tehachapi for lunch.

It was great Phil & Jane again and enjoyed lunch. Got to hear some highlights of the trip.

Sounds like everyone had a great time

prowlergirlPumpkin - we will be driving through New Mexico next week. First stop is Carlsbad and then on to Las Cruces where I lived for 6 years as a child. We are going to spend about half a day there in Cruces, and might spend the night. Do you have any hotels, points of interest and restaurants, etc. that you can recommend to us? Thanks. Ron (Prowlergirl's dad)

FL PhilNorm & Pat,
Great pictures and thank you for the hospitality.

Bob & Karen,
Thanks for joining us for dinner and a chance to meet you. I'm sure between Debbie A and Larry S you will get many happy miles and smiles with your Prowler.

Debbie A,
Sorry we missed you on this trip but thanks a million for letting everyone know where we would be.

Mike & Lori R.
Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and fantastic dinner and show for us. You might consider to plan a Biosphere2 and cavern tour next year. I'm sure Larry S will be equally impressed with the Biosphere as he was with the caverns.

Jane and I had a great time and appreciate everyone along the way and were happy to see Jim & Cathy and Cliff & his wife for lunch on the way home.
I'm sorting through 250+ pictures to see which ones to post.
Here are a couple of the Biosphere2.
