FL PhilThe last couple of days I have been getting an average of 20-30 returned messages a day because of bad email addresses.

If you get an email from me, phorvath@prodigy.net, that has an attachment that is from 120K to 140K in size delete the message as the attachment is a virus.

I've talked to SBC Communications and they said there is really nothing they can do except to try to trace the message back to the source. Good Luck.

jeanszooI have been getting email back, also, but with email addresses, that I have never even heard of, nor did I send them. I run Norton Antivirus, and it is catching this, and quarantines them, and then I delete them. It seems to me that there are a lot of people out there with toooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much time on their hands!

robbiebI know exactly what is happening. You aren't the ones with the virus. It's someone else who has the virus and it is emailing everyone on THEIR address book with your email address as the sender. This particular virus has a built in SMTP server and is very annoying! jeanszooThanks robbieb, but I have had my fill of that virus, so called, protection!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still, after 6 to 8 months, not gotten my refund from them.

I have Cafe and it also quarantines the files and I delete them.

Just getting annoying.
