------------------ I should be lucky that's my only problem so far, but does anyone else have this problem? I swear I am taking the top out as the manual says.... It kind of reminds me of the cell phone commercial from a year or two ago, depicting someone creating a sandwich and having to go to one place to buy a bun and then somewhere else to buy the cheese and another to buy ketchup and still another to buy the meat. With the Prowler, I have to go to one dealer to have the engine fixed, and then another to have the wheels replaced and then another to have the top fixed. And in the end, I still end up fixing the small things myself to avoid the aggravation. ------------------ • MTD Prowler Intake System 2.2 ------------------ Not bad for a break-in. I purchased in July and it has 3000 miles. ------------------ ------------------fixumm What is the biggest proublem you have had with your cat, Every one has had one.... Mine was that it over heated and blew a trans cooler fan fuse. To this day i still don't know why. Gary C Cat, none to speak of, motor was my fault

Steven R. Gary Just like everyone elso top leaks, just had a new top installed and NOT a leak to be had. Worst problem I have now is trying to get the smile off my face when I drive as when I get home my face is sore. What a problem to have, just love it. Black Tie 161 One thing that drives me nuts is when I open the top and I pull it out from the trunk, the back window gets snagged in the crossbar of the top, and it gets stuck. I stow it correctly, and I am very careful when I unfold it, but the darn window somehow folds itself under the roof brace, and sometimes it is really hard to unstick. Black Tie 161 Steve Gary.....My top leaked in the windows, but i treated the top with 2 coats of 303 Protectant, and it hardly leaks at all now. Maybe one drop in a heavy rain. The sealer seems to reinforce the seams in the top where water seems to seep into. WPG My biggest problems have not been things breaking, but when things do break, finding a competant dealership to fix it, but then once finding someone that knows what they are doing, to make sure they can fix everything that needs to be fixed.

JoeD Ditto - Keeping it clean has been my biggest challenge! Todd Cameron My 1st Orange had a defective rivet or two by where the windshield attaches to the frame on the right side. This caused the area to separate and make excessive noise at any speed as the parts moved around. It was an easy fix, but the dealer screwed around so long with it, not doing the neccessary paper work to have DC tell them what to do and send the parts... meanwhile, leaving the Kat OUTSIDE with the hood and side panels off... that all the aluminum got corroded! I finally went to lemon law court... 6 months after all this started, I got a new Orange Chrysler.
2000 Black, 2001 Black Tie, 2001 Orange, 2001 Silver, 2001 Muhollandapollo232 Water pump at 9,300 miles and keeping the front rims clean.. I know, I know go ceramic. BeWare Input and Ouput sensors on the transmiision had to be replaced in last June in Cheyenne WY. But someone had spliced the wire and dida poor tape job, eventually came loose and shorted out frying the sensors. Randy Cobb An intermittent "roar" or "growl" in the area of the right front of the engine compartment when the AC is on. Previous post suggested it probably is a belt slipping. I'll get adjusted at the dealer at next service.
Fuel gauge was registering full when actually only half full. The cause actually cured itself.cstall Biggest problem? Living up to the privilege of driving the coolest thing on the road! JUST JP TRANSMISSION!
