All ribbing aside, congrats on the appearance! Marty i see you have been reading the Mr Fixumm school of spelling..LOL This was given to me by a friend on my birthday. He knew how Silly question, with all the models out there in every color possible (not to mention ones never offered) why did he buy a yellow and paint it blue? This message has been edited by BeWare on 11-22-2002 at 02:44 PM Flyer Hello to all!
I felt about my kat. He said it was originally a yellow kat but he took it apart and painted it Mulholland blue in his body shop. He said it took him alot more time because of that color change. He also told me if enough club members wanted this lamp, he'd put the time aside to make them! He doesn't know at this time how much it will cost. But if your interested post here and we'll see! If your color is easily available, it won't take as much time or cost as much...I think.
FlyerBlue Kat Pretty Kool Kat . . . I would be interested, especially in the BLUE. The big question is . . . How Much? Gary Archer Very nice !

BeWare YF, I hope I am stepping out of bounds answering your question. This is 1/18th scale Prowler manufactured by Anson. They are the only company that has manfactured the production version Prowler in this scale. The only colors the made them in are Purple, Yellow, Red, Black and Silver. They also made two custom paint versions with no front bumpers. One is Black with traditonal style flames and the other is Purple with scollop style flames. Additionally all the solid color version come with the silver painted wheels which in fact is only correct on the Purple and Yellow. The custom paint versions come with chrome wheels. So to make the the Red, Black and Silver version look correct you would have to buy two. One stock and one custom and swap the wheels. The only scale that most Prowler colors are avaiable in are the 1/43 models manufactured by Universal Hobbies also know as Eagle. They have made almost every color up to and including the Mulholland. The Inca Gold is scheduled to be realesed very soon. One can only hope they intend to complete the series with the Candy Red and Last Prowler High Voltage Blue. The 1/18 scale Concept version of the Prowler is manfactured by American Muscle. That is probably more information than you were seeking, but what the heck.
