I miss the idle of that 440 in my ol RoadRunner!tangled up in BLUE Between Nov. 23, 2002 and Mar. 3, 2003....should be one H3LLUVA show.....if you are not familiar with MOPAR history, what a time to learn....NOTHING like the sound and feel of a HEMI !!! RPL Harold Sullivan will have some of his vehicles in this display and they also interviewed him for a magazine article on Hemis that they are doing. Robert Genat, the author of the new Hemi book, will be signing autographs next Wednesday and Friday evenings at special previews at the Museum!! Should be cool! tangled up in BLUE RPL...
I owned the 1st HEMI Challenger EVER MADE....sold it a few years ago...the car was still in Michigan the last I knew...It should be involved in some of this HEMI stuff if its not already....has been in numerous books/magazines in the last 10-12 years...was also a Johnny Lightning toy car...can hook you up if anyone is interested there....Eric Lesher sounds cool.
vipers and prowlers are fun...but you are right about the sound of the old Chrysler V-8's !tangled up in BLUE Eric....maybe it is just me, but I sometimes think a STOCK Prowler exhaust sounds alot like a late 60's stock 340 MOPAR exhaust....thats why I never changed mine from stock, takes me back to the good old days moparmania Anyone Know the hours of the HEMI display at Walter P . Im gona be in Detroit Next week . Would like to take it in ..
