GOT A PROBLEM NEED HELP
Frist off thanks to Larry for reading my message.
If you have time please read about the problem i have with my cat.
Will have dealer fix it.
Thought someone else might have had the same thing happined to them if so please let me know what it was and how the dealer fixed it .
My dealer wants me to leave the car their and they will check it out when they get time.
May talk a week or so. To long for me to just leave it their Thanks for your thoughts Ron prqwler01@buckeye-express.com

They haven't seen the car yet and are telling you it may take a week or so? Sounds like someone else wants to enjoy your car. LOL!

When I take mine in for service, it only has about a pint of gas in the tank. I also make sure they see me writing down the mileage.

"When they get time" ??? I can't believe they would tell you that! Call the Service Mgr. - not the service writer. Ask for the name and # to the DC District Zone Service Rep,,,,that you will call them (or person's over them) to discuss your problems with someone who will get more excited and interested about repairing your car. That should lite a fire under someone's butt. If it doesn't, "make the call" to the DC District Zone Service Rep

TLRandallI've never left any of my vehicles with the dealer. Maybe I've been lucky, but I just make an appointment and wait with the car until their finished. That way we trust each other.

Of course, that only works with small items. I had to have the top replaced and that was a full two day operation and I wasn't about to sleep in the waiting room

onaprwlWish I could say that. My car went in the dealer the day after CTC for the sensors. I haven't got it back yet but I know they aren't driving it! I had them pull my rear rotors so I could have them cross drilled to match the front while they fix the sensor problem.
