Bob if they will fit thru the garage door they can be moved assembled. I moved mine from Indy to southern Indiana completely assembled. Bought mine after the PRI show in Indianapolis and he delivered it on a traile like boat trailer. An older pontoon boat trailer would work great, but I used a small boat trailer, then put it on my 16' open trailer and hauled it down the road, looked funny as hell but it worked. They can also be moved on a rollback truck and would guess a car hauler without sides. But most garages have 7' doors and in that case they would have to be disassembled to get it out of the garage. wish mine was a 14' but bought it before I knew anything. Mine is 13' and not as wide as this one. Will make someone a good deal. |
RPL | Yep, it will come out of the garage assembled. In fact you have to be really careful when you have it on the wheels, it moves very easy, almost too easy. We have the same lift and I keep the wheels at the other house so that I'm not tempted to use them. You can't use them alone. Garage floors slant to the outside to drain. I got caught alone and the lift tried to take off on me. The buyer is welcome to move it fully assembled if they choose |
RPL | If anyone is interested I can send pictures. PM me with your email address. |

Bob did the lift have a car on it. Lol |
RPL | If it had had a car on it, It would have rolled out of the garage, made a right turn and headed down the driveway. From there it would have made another right turn at the street and I could have picked up the hoist and car down at the bottom of the hill. It moved so easy it scared me. One ran over a friends foot moving it around. |
StingRay | $2,500.00 is a great price. And one of mine was delivered via pontoon boat trailer and the other was moved from house to house via the same trailer - so selling assembled and 'as is' can be done and best way to go as opposed to disassembly and reassembly. Have two here that may become available too ... so if you have six cars, buy Bob's and my two and you will be ALL SET!! |
RPL | Lift is sold. Thank you for looking. |
