purpleprowlermanwe all know that the nose and rear of the kats are difficult to see-I was wondering has anyone put a flip out monitor/radio with an infrared camera for day/night seeing on a split screen so by looking at the radio monitor you could see the parking better.My local radio store says it can be done easily. Any comments,suggestions,ever done ,which radio works the best as well as the cameras used.I know the cameras are available on the license plates or sold separately.
Pat and JonieWe installed front and back cameras in our prowler along with a DVD player and TV.
We had that radio option too, but I wanted to keep the radio stock. I went with a custom sunvisor on the passenger side with the monitor in it and it works great.
