hoo.haaa | okay this is driving me crazy. last season before i put the car in the garage i had the back bumpers removed to get painted. now i still haven't put them back but something is the back is creaking very loudly when i drive. Any ideas what it could be? Also in my last post i was talking about my broken fender. A follow up to that is the insurance company only gave me $400 to get it fixed and the rest is coming out of my pocket to replace it. I want new, not to fix something that will crack again. |
ed monahan | There is a brace that goes to the frame at about a 45 degree angle behind the rear wheels. The bolts are probably loose. There have been several reports of this squeaking and that is usually the cause. |

That would be my guess. That is what my creaking problem turned out to be. |
