hoo.haaaokay this is driving me crazy. last season before i put the car in the garage i had the back bumpers removed to get painted. now i still haven't put them back but something is the back is creaking very loudly when i drive. Any ideas what it could be?

Also in my last post i was talking about my broken fender. A follow up to that is the insurance company only gave me $400 to get it fixed and the rest is coming out of my pocket to replace it. I want new, not to fix something that will crack again.

ed monahanThere is a brace that goes to the frame at about a 45 degree angle behind the rear wheels. The bolts are probably loose. There have been several reports of this squeaking and that is usually the cause.

That would be my guess. That is what my creaking problem turned out to be.
