See ya and all at the GoodGuys Show this weekend? What general vicinity will your and the ParanoidProwlers will be at?? As a first timer, will it be a potluck get-together?Dakdude Hey thanks guys, especially Eddie, for helping out a non-prowler Mopar guy. I'm definatly looking into that sweet-thunder exhaust as well as a borla split exit as recomended by another friend. I'm fairly certain that the prowler version of either one is close to the one I'd be sticking on my truck. So which one gives better burble?? I know it's a truck....but I'm trying to keep that F-1 tuned sound as much as possible and avoid the blaring redneck straight pipe sound. The burble (high vaccume engine braking) is the coolest sound ever. CJ My son just bought a new Ram 1500 Quad Cab Hemi and he just had the Borla exhausts installed today.....he loves it!! Likes the way they sound, they way they look (side exhaust) and the added horsepower....... jd2ksilver I got the big Flowmaster on mine. Single in, dual out.
You can hear me coming, oh yeah.BeWare Eddie's sweet thunder definitely sounds awesome. I am think of witching my Boral out for sweet thunder. The only reason I have hesitated is it is significantly louder tham the Borla. Island Prowla' Hey JD, CJ, BeWare, ObiWan, Curtis and all, It's amazing how many cat owners emulate how U guys juice up your cars.
JD, did I remember U saying that you have a Flowmaster on your SnazzySilver? Presumably, you also have a "Single in, dual out" unit to give it the sweet thunder sound? Sounds nice on my Z28. What FlowM part number? Dakdude very nice looking truck. Does anyone happen to have or have a link to sound clips of Kats running the borla and the sweet thunder exhausts? Just kinda interested in the difference.
