I had the opportunity today to meet with Jim S to do the final test fitting of the Torg Thrust Spinners and Knockoffs. I am pleased to announce all products sent to me by Terry fitted extremely well and looked fantastic on Jim’s Prowler. I have taken several pictures to show how the product looked with the Prowler wheel. As you can see there are several different styles of product that you will be able to purchase from Terry. Within the next few weeks I will be posting pricing for the product along with an email address to contact Terry. The pictures posted are of several different styles of product. Terry will list all the different styles he will be making available to Prowler owners. In addition for those who want to know how the product is installed, I have provided a picture to show how the product attaches to a wheel. I want to thank everyone for all there support, and feedback in making this project happen. Also big thanks go to Jim S, as if he wasn’t for the use of his Prowler and ability to test the product on his car, the product would not have been completed. I will no longer be involved with this project as it is now completed. I look forward to hearing about the excellent product everyone received form Terry, and seeing pictures of the product on your Prowler. As an extra security feature there is a hex screw that you tighten to insure the spinner stays put, and someone just doesn't spin it off the base. Thanks for all of the hard work. You have a winner here. I believe that you will get a lot of interest!! Corey CONGRATS to Howard for the time and work involved with forging ahead with this project! Looks like an outstanding product, and I'm sure Terry will satisfy all those owners purchasing his product. Good job Howard Thanks for all the time & effort you put into this project for us guys. Toys Any chance of finish for painted wheels? Hope to see it soon at an event, now that my Cat is fixed. Was thinking about you a few weeks ago when I took my sweetie on a cruise in the Prowler to Ojai...and got a ticket that ended up costing me about $650.00!!! Expired tags (2 years' worth - the "ex" threw out the renewal notices), plus a parking ticket in a loading zone across from the theatre, plus had to get the car smogged, and the only place that has the Prowler on their data base charges double for exotics and old cars. Anyway, the spinners are great. Just put some loktite on those set screws...I had a similar set years ago on an old 240 Z, and the road vibrations loosened them up on a daily basis, no matter how much I torqued those little suckers them down. Thank you.pumpkin 1buddyc Howard, is that a set screw that goes through the Spinner, helping to secure it to the Wheel? Is the Spinner also a Press Fit in addition to the set screw or is the set screw the only means of securing it to the Wheel? And thanks again for all your effort in making the time to follow through with this project. And thanks Jim S too, for being the "Mule". Howard The hex style set screw secures it to the wheel . There are several hex screws. That will make sure it stays on the wheel. The spinner part of the unit attaches to the base by screwing it on to the base. cnilejr They look great! Please count me in for a set. I would prefer the ones in the 5th photo down from the top. Have you determined a price? If so, how much and to whom and where can I send a check? I am in for a set and a halfPROWLEU Any more info on the spinners? Still hoping to get #5 version. Howard I should have pricing within the next week. The product will be fantastic. BeWare I am ready to mount 20 inch wheels on our Prowler trailer, I will need center caps like these to cover the trailer hubs and come close to matching what I already have on the car. If possible I would like to contact Terry directly if this is not one of the options that he is going to make generally available. Thank You. Howard Look for a PM from me. Snoman Any pricing and availability on these yet????? Ken & Roslin Romain Howard, thanks for doing such a great job on organizing this buy. I definitely want a set like the ones in the last picture.
