Richard GalesKen Romain makes the air patrol now. Hopefully someone can post his info.
mslc10If you make it down San Antonio way , I have one of these I ' ll give you:
http://theprowlerstore.com/Products_Page_Accessories_Wind_Screen_Deflector.htm

It's the top one that straps to the headrests.

ed monahanThe problem with that design is that the seats have to be aligned PERFECTLY, which is not as easy as it sounds.
You can actually use a net, which you would think can't possibly help, but it does.
I have found the WindsuppreSSR is the best, by far. The other ones look better, however.
VinceMYears ago I made a deflector out of plexi that strapped to the headrests. I didn't encounter the problem Ed mentioned since I had installed the seat riser mod on the passenger side. However, I constantly felt vibration in the seat from air buffeting at freeway speedways. Too annoying and I trashed it after about a month. Plus it had little to no affect on reducing wind in the cockpit of the car.

NiteProwl64Just curious, The Prowler Store is selling the air patrol from Ken, and also a new one was on their facebook page. Is there something wrong with TPS I should know about?
robinThe prowler store can purchase the design from a vender ...
Then reproduce the item....
Sometimes they don't use the proper channels to accomplish this.
Plus they are expensive.
The other thing is it's nice to support the people on this site that take the time to make these products available to us......

But if you need something they only carry you are sol you pay what they want....
Robin

garysssLike Robin said, why not just buy it from Ken?
mslc10Made contact with Tom and located screen in garage. Will meet up tomorrow ,Wednesday.
NiteProwl64I got a PM that answered most of my question, but for people who are Prowler owner's, who do not belong to the POA, they will find TPS before they find Ken. I agree, it is great to support everyone on here who is making products and I will continue to do so whenever I can.

I joined a long time ago and just recently found the time to be on here messing about. So please forgive the ignorance, I was just wondering.

mslc10Tom has the item. Hope you enjoy!
Ken & Roslin RomainJust back from vacation in Nashville TN, and saw this post.
The AirPatrol and Waterfalls are still available from me, at a better price.
You can contact me at ocprwlr@yahoo.com
I also am still making the Door Panel Inserts, Headrest Pads, and Convertible Boots.
