Now if the warranty issue was powertrain related but, not somehow tied to anything the nitrous system affect, it may not. The one thing I have learned is that each area of the country seems to treat aftermarket mods differently. I'd suggest talking with the service dealer where you take your car and see what his take (or what he thinks the district reps take) would be. My vote would be to wait till the warranty is up and/or you have enough saved to buy a new engine should it blow and not be covered. ------------------OrangeWizzKid I would like to know if adding Nitrous voids the powertrain warranty. In a word, YES.CJ Absolutely! prwlyn Orange, I can attest to the facts on this one. The service manager noted on my repair ticket "Owner installed Nitrous" and DC canceled the "Power train" portion of the warranty all other parts were still covered. At the end of the warranty they then canceled the extended all together and sent a portion of my money back.. Taht's how it is when you play.
