ALLEY CATNASCAR inspection after the race, showed both Harvick and team mate Burton had their wheel rims laser cut by 3/1000ths of an inch in one spot ... to act similar to bleeder valves ...which are illegal in NASCAR. This allows excess air pressure buildup to escape while racing. Gray area of the rules, for sure, but was told no more use of them. We'll see how the cheaters do now
