I bought a Mesh Grille from Gary and took the mesh out and replaced it with billet bars.I put 42 bars in this one...Gary's had only 21 which he will not make anymore...I know why now...It took me three weeks every afternoon after work to put these bars in. More 'Pumpkin' photos and Mod Stuff . . . . . . . Our other cars and stuff "I may have to grow older, but I do not have to grow up!" "The Prowler is not a car to go from Point A to Point B. The Prowler is the Point!" Excellent job. Unless I'm wrong, one big advantage would be that parts behind the grill are much less visible, compared to the old 21 bar style. Congratulations ...... and welcome to the aftermarket business .... Heh, Heh, Heh. Cheers, This message has been edited by GaryE on 01-02-2016 at 06:17 PM Thanks...Seems to be doing great right now...Doesn't quite get up to half way mark....Of course the high has been only 55 degrees.dean1948 This is my new grille with 42 bars instead of 21.....So far air flow is good... mslc10 I like it ! Sorry....You are correct....It has eleven on each side ....A total of 22 bars.....ThanksGaryE Very nice Dean. My grill actually had 21 bars. There is one bar behind the center post of the grill. After talking to Dean it was of interest that he bought a old truck grill and used the parts to make this grill. The bars are about the same size as the bars in my original grill, 1/8" thick by 3/4" wide. He said it was a lot of work. Great Job. One of a kind. EssexExport Looks good. garysss Great Job! Keep a eye on your temp gauge as temps get warmer. dean1948 quote:
